Hollaback this!

My coworker likes to listen to CHUM-FM at work. In the interests of fostering a pleasant workplace environment, I let him.

The station, though, plays crap. Why, right now they're playing "If I had a million dollars" by the Barenaked Ladies. And though I thoroughly despise that particular band, their children, their families, their pets and everyone who has purchased one of their records -- it's actually rather pleasant when compared to The Song.

The Song is played no less than ten times a day. The Song is "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani.

Hollaback Girl is quite possibly the vilest creation in musicdom. If you've heard it, you know what I'm talking about. If you've never heard it -- consider yourself lucky.

And what the fuck is a Hollaback Girl, anyway?

I've already heard it four times this morning.

Please...somebody please...just...make...it...stop.
